Admission Status:

• The Application for the 2025/26 school year is now open.

Application for New Students:

• KAA accepts applications throughout the academic year.  The process & timeline for new applicants is as follows:

• The first day of school: Applications for the following year are accepted (i.e. one year in advance).

• All year long: Applications may be submitted for the current school year or the next school year. The date of application will be recorded, but will not necessarily determine acceptance or priority. 

• January 10 – 31: Re-enrollment of current students for the coming year.

• February 1 and after:  Submitted applications for grades K-8 will be processed starting in February.  (note that applications may be submitted starting in August, but will remain on file in the waiting pool until February).

Faith and Belief:

Before applying, we ask that you review these documents and acknowledge them as the basis upon which we will lead and teach at KAA.

Academics:

• A student’s prior academic achievements will certainly be considered in the application process, but only for grade placement, not as the primary determinant for acceptance. We are seeking to enroll those students who, because of their family’s educational, behavioral, and spiritual priorities, will most benefit from what King Alfred Academy can offer.

Tuition and Financial Information:

ALL students will receive the Founders Award ($2,500). This award is automatically applied to reduce tuition costs for the 2025/2026 school year.

  • Kindergarten (1/2 day): $3,000* / yr

  • Grades 1 - 8: Part-Time* $3,000* / yr

  • Grades 1 - 8: Full-Time $5,500* / yr

Payment Options*:

Full Time Students:

• Full ($5,500), Monthly ($459), or Bi-Annual ($2,750) payment options are available.

Part Time and Kindergarten Students:

• Full ($3,000), Monthly ($250), or Bi-Annual ($1,500) payment options are available.
